 this joint is a  connector of rack rail is a joint belongs to JY series in our factory , which is a part of the pipe rack system .it is very easy to use and protects the environment , because it can be reused for many times ,and the makeup is simple too , and it is inexpensive , so it is widely used in many fields , such as , electronics / machinery / automobiles / home appliances / light industry , and so on

There are three types of connectors in our factory :

Load end stops (JY-2044C)
Unload end stops(JY-2044DJY-2044DW)
Intermediate connectors(JY-2044EJY-2044P)

SPECIFICATION:

Steel : 2mm-3mm thick
Coating: Zinc-plating

Each connector type can be used with more than one conveyor method.
Using a right connector , and there are different        connectors can be chosen .

tips:

1Set screws should never be tightened their full length.This can distort the connector profile reducing strength.
2set screws secure the connector in position by contacting the pipe.
3The connectors are used for picking applications (especially , JY-2044D and JY-2044DW.) are also used to hang storage bins.
